Description: Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) administrative branch boundaries for NSW. From 1 July 2016 the NSW Local Government Areas were re merged and dissolved to reflect the new boundary alignments. There are three EPA Branches and seven EPA Regions across the state. Note that the EPA Branch boundaries differ from the Office of Environment and Heritage Regional Operations Region boundaries particularly around the metropolitan area eg. the EPA Metro Branch is larger than the RO Greater Sydney Branch and includes the Wollongong area LGAs.
